Leigh is a solicitor in the firm’s Corporate Team dealing with a broad range of areas including company incorporation, business acquisitions, sales and mergers and financial re-structuring. She also advises on a wide range of Private Client matters such as trusts, estates, tax planning and the drafting of wills and powers of attorney.
