Jacqueline is a solicitor in the firm's Dispute Resolution and Litigation Department. She conducts litigation in the Sheriff Courts and Court of Session and has experience in a variety of civil disputes on behalf of individuals and small businesses and in the conduct of larger commercial cases. She has been published in Scots Law Times and Juridical Review.
